  • Drafting and negotiation of Permanent, Fixed Term, or Casual Individual Employment Agreements.
  • Assisting with negotiation of Collective Agreements and dealing with Unions.
  • Ensuring compliance with Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act and other relevant legislation.
